Hi there,
I’m Elizabeth Bryant—a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA).
I believe in the inherent power within each person to heal and thrive. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your past, heal, and move toward a future that honors your authentic voice. Therapy is about your journey, but here’s a little bit about me to give you an insight into my approach. For some, it can be difficult to open up vulnerably to someone who you don’t know. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and transformation, and it’s a privilege to walk that path alongside my clients.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent eight years in residential interior design, which gave me deep insight into family dynamics, parenting, communication, and boundaries. This experience inspired me to create spaces—both physical and emotional—where everyone is radically accepted, valued, and respected.
I’ve been married for 20 years, and have three amazing kids. In my free time, I love to cook, decorate, travel, spend time with my family, and immerse myself in music and other art mediums. I also enjoy connecting with nature, spending time outdoors to recharge and feel grounded in the energy of the earth and the living world around us.
