My name is Elizabeth (she/her).
I believe in the inherent strength within each person to heal and thrive. My approach is founded on the trust we build together. I am grounded in the belief that real change happens when we understand the patterns shaping our lives and relationships.
Therapy is my second career. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over ten years in residential interior design, which gave me deep insight into family dynamics, identity, communication, and boundaries. This experience inspired me to create spaces—both physical and emotional—where everyone is valued, and respected.
In addition to my role here, I’m also a mom (to three amazing humans and the sweetest golden retriever), a wife of 20+ years, and a seeker of all things connecting. I love to cook, decorate, travel, connect with nature, and immerse myself in music and visual arts.
