I’m Elizabeth—a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate.
I believe in the inherent power within each person to heal and thrive. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your past, heal, and move toward a future that honors your authentic voice.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over ten years in residential interior design, which gave me deep insight into family dynamics, parenting, communication, and boundaries. This experience inspired me to create spaces—both physical and emotional—where everyone is accepted, valued, and respected.
I love to cook, decorate, travel, spend time with my family, and immerse myself in music and other art mediums. I also enjoy connecting with nature, spending time outdoors to recharge and feel grounded in the energy of the earth and the living world around us.
