My name is Elizabeth (she/her).

I believe in the inherent power within each person to heal and thrive. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe container where you can explore limiting past stories, heal, and move toward a future that honors your values and purpose.

Therapy is my second career. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over ten years in residential interior design, which gave me deep insight into family dynamics, identity, communication, and boundaries. This experience inspired me to create spaces—both physical and emotional—where everyone is accepted, valued, and respected.

In addition to my role here, I’m also a mom (to three amazing humans and the sweetest golden retriever ever), a wife of twenty years, and a seeker of all things connecting. I love to cook, decorate, travel, connect with nature, and immerse myself in music and other art mediums.

Relationship therapist in Bellevue, WA–focusing on adult therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.
