At Flourishing Life Therapy, I provide perimenopause therapy and midlife counseling for women navigating the physical, emotional, and relational transformations that accompany hormonal change. My approach is rooted in a biopsychosocial-spiritual (BPSS) model, honoring the connection between your body’s rhythms, your relationships, your environment, and your sense of meaning. We’ll explore how cultural expectations, gender roles, and past experiences shape your relationship to your changing body and identity.
