The Women’s Depth Collective
Thursday evenings beginning
March 12, 2026
What is it?
The Women’s Depth Collective is a therapist-facilitated circle for inner work, reflection, and integration. If you are a woman in the midst of identity transition (navigating midlife, experiencing loss, religious or belief changes, relational shifts, etc.) and are curious, reflective, and emotionally aware—we hope you’ll join us. This is a space for those seeking spiritual exploration outside traditional religion, and have a willingness to engage in self-reflection and group process. This is an invitation to hold, and be held by, the collective.
Intentionally Structured
The intention for guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect is structured to allow the experience to feel both focused and fluid. The size is intentionally maxed at 6 participants to allow for ample connection to grow, adequate sharing opportunities, and as physical space allows.
Safety through Community
The core value in this group is built from mutual respect and self-led compassion and curiosity. Speaking from personal (non-advice-giving) experience is invitational and encouraged. Confidentiality is also vital to the safe container we build together.
Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. You will be gently encouraged by the facilitator to share parts of yourself, and be open to growing relationships that are forged from this collaborative energy of the collective.
What the Group Isn’t
The Women’s Depth Collective is not a substitute for individual therapy. As part of the screening process, you are invited to self-identify your readiness for this type of work. This might not be the right setting for you if you’ve never engaged in a therapeutic group, or space, before. If you have questions, or would like to have more information, please contact me here.
