Hi there,
I’m Elizabeth Bryant. If you’re a person in mid-life or a couple navigating a long-term relationship, you’re in the right place. Many of my clients are navigating aging concerns, identity crises, or approaching milestones like menopause, empty nesting, or retirement. I work with couples who are seeking to revitalize their intimacy, create deeper connection, heal from trauma, or learn to communicate more effectively. I also specialize in working with women who are navigating reconnecting with themselves, or wanting to understand their identity in a new way.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) with a master’s degree (MS) in Marriage and Family Therapy. My work is trauma-informed, inclusive, and focused on equality and dignity for all—offering a compassionate environment where you can explore your story without judgment.
In therapy together, we will focus on understanding how your family patterns, cultural conditioning, life circumstances, and relationships have shaped your stories and your current experiences. My focus is to help you untangle old narratives so you can step confidently into new patterns of meaning, purpose, and connection. I use evidence-based interventions and a human-to-human connection that to make meaningful change as we relate to ourselves and others. After all, “we live in the shelter of each other”. — Irish Proverb
Services Offered
While our relationships shape much of who we are, true healing often begins with a deep focus on the self. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing from past experiences, or personal growth, individual therapy provides the focused attention needed to help you thrive.
If you're seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate life transitions, or deepen your connection, couples therapy offers a transformative space for growth. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics in your relationship, strengthen your bond, and create new patterns that support a more fulfilling partnership.
Losing, or changing, long-held beliefs can be a swirling combination of devastating, exhilarating, terrifying, relieving, and confusing emotions. The beliefs we hold are pieces of us that can be disorienting to re-arrange. I support healing, connection, and repair for those who are amidst relational challenges that come with the transitions on the spectrum of commitment and involvement within their faith systems.
Perimenopause can bring unexpected emotional and relational changes—mood swings, anxiety, loss of identity, and strain in relationships. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what’s changing, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore not only your symptoms but also the deeper shifts in purpose, meaning, and connection that emerge in midlife.
Adult family therapy brings together two or more adults who share a deep, intimate connection—whether parents and adult children, siblings, or extended family members. We will explore the relationships and dynamics at play, creating a space for healing, understanding, and growth.
